Don McLean's superstar status is attributed to his hit song, American Pie. He followed it with Vincent (Starry Starry Night), And I Love Her So, and Crying. McLean has released more than 20 albums, and has had more than 40 gold and platinum records worldwide. American Pie was voted the fifth greatest song of the 20th century by fans in the United States. In 2003, McLean's song, The Grave was recorded by George Michael in protest at the Iraq War.

Sudbury Arts Council Arts Village The Arts Village is a cross section of the arts in our community; the artists that fill our life with pictures, visions and memories.
